The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya conducted a visit on February 4 to RSUD Eka Candra to initiate a cooperation agreement. The partnership is intended to designate the hospital as a clinical practice site for students of the Faculty of Dentistry.

During the visit, discussions were held regarding the scope of collaboration, clinical supervision, and the technical implementation of student practice in accordance with academic and healthcare service standards.

On the occasion, the Rector of UM Surabaya, Mundakir, expressed his hope that RSUD Eka Candra Surabaya, in the future, develop into a satellite hospital of UM Surabaya and even become a primary teaching hospital for health sciences students. He emphasized that strengthening partnerships with healthcare institutions is a strategic step in improving the quality of clinical education and expanding professional training opportunities.

This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to enhancing practical learning experiences and building sustainable collaborations in the health sector.
