Al-Akbar National Mosque (Masjid Nasional Al-Akbar Surabaya)
Known as one of the largest mosques in Indonesia, Al-Akbar Mosque is a symbol of Islamic architecture and serenity. Its grand blue-green dome and 99-meter minaret make it one of the city’s most impressive landmarks. Visitors can go up the tower to enjoy panoramic views of Surabaya.

Heroes Monument and 10 November Museum (Tugu Pahlawan dan Museum Sepuluh Nopember)
This monument is the most iconic landmark in Surabaya, representing the courage of the city’s heroes during Indonesia’s independence struggle on 10 November 1945. Inside, the museum exhibits photographs, dioramas, and historical artifacts that tell the story of Surabaya as the City of Heroes.

Bungkul Park (Taman Bungkul)

Ampel Religious Tourism Area (Kawasan Wisata Religi Ampel)

Submarine Monument (Monumen Kapal Selam / Monkasel)
One of Surabaya’s most fascinating attractions, Monkasel is a real Russian-made submarine (KRI Pasopati 410) that was once used by the Indonesian Navy.
